Inactive Users Manager – Privacy Policy
How Inactive Users Manager accesses data, stores temporary reports, and supports GDPR and LGPD.
Overview
Inactive Users Manager is a Forge app that runs entirely within Atlassian Cloud.
Data Access
- Jira users
- Groups
- Activity metadata
- Only for inactivity analysis
Data Storage
Stored data includes temporary reports and configuration (ORG ID + API Key), stored securely via Forge Storage.
Data Sharing
No third-party sharing. No external APIs are used except the Atlassian Admin API configured by the customer.
Data Retention
Temporary data is deleted automatically, and configuration is removed on uninstall.
User Rights
The app supports GDPR and LGPD. Users may request clarification via support.
Responsibility
AppRL is responsible for app logic. Atlassian is responsible for the infrastructure.
