Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the PortalView application (“Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Description of the Application
PortalView is an Atlassian Forge application designed to display selected Jira Service Management fields and SLA information within the customer portal. The application runs entirely within Atlassian cloud infrastructure.
Data Access and Privacy
The application accesses Jira and Jira Service Management data solely to display information already available to authorized users. PortalView does not store, process, or transmit personal data outside Atlassian infrastructure. All data access is governed by Atlassian security, privacy, and permission standards.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application complies with applicable laws, regulations, internal company policies, and Atlassian acceptable use policies.
Availability and Support
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and may be updated or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the application.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
